Your responsibilities include driving planning, performance analyses, and executive summaries for leadership. Helsinki or another Nordic capital is the preferred location, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Finance or a related field is required.
• Proven track record in partnering with business leaders and driving financial insight.
• Strong command of ERP/BI tools and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive performance and ensure value realization.
• Act as trusted finance advisor and promote finance understanding across the organization.
• Forecast, analyze, and report on short-, medium-, and long-term performance; deliver actionable insights.
