Job summary

OMRON is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager for Denmark and Norway based in Espoo, Finland. You will ensure legal, compliant finance operations across the regional scope, coordinating with EMEA F&A and local teams.

Responsibilities include statutory reporting, external audit support, audit readiness, VAT, coordination with Danish and Norwegian stakeholders, and risk reviews. Fluency in English plus Danish and Norwegian, 5–10 years in finance compliance, SAP/4 Hana experience are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication with stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken Danish and Norwegian.
• Experience in finance/compliance in multinational settings.
• Knowledge of VAT and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory and internal reporting for Denmark and Norway.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and controls.
• Oversee journal entries, accruals, and payroll-related entries.
• Ensure compliance with local and group policies.
• Liaise with Danish and Norwegian business partners.
