Job summary

insightsoftware, headquartered in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Junior Controller (Finland) to join the EMEA Accounting team in Helsinki. The role focuses on local compliance, VAT, statutory financial statements, and in-country reporting for Finland, with potential expansion to other Nordics/EU entities.

You will work with our SSG India team on audit schedules, support treasury and P2P processes, and provide ad hoc financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with Treasury/ banking/ P2P processes in Finland.
• Fluent in English and Finnish, written and spoken.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute compliance and operational accounting for Finland in-country.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and VAT filings.
• Liaise with business owners to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with SSG India for audit schedules.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support treasury/P2P transitions.
