Job summary

SANY Northern Europe is seeking a Senior Channel Sales Manager, Dealer Network to lead development and management of the dealer network in Finland, with growth responsibilities across the Nordic region. The role focuses on dealer development, sales performance, relationship management, market expansion, and alignment with SANY’s standards, primarily for excavator products.

Travel within Finland and the Nordic region is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in sales, dealer management, channel development, or business development in heavy equipment or B2B sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard dealers to strengthen presence in Finland and the Nordics.
• Develop and monitor dealer performance metrics and sales targets.
• Support dealer network development, training, and operational improvement.
• Provide tools, guidance, and coordination to dealers to improve market effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to supply dealers with materials and events.
• Ensure dealer compliance with SANY standards, branding, and service quality.
• Gather market feedback and report on dealer network development and risks.
