Job summary

Essity is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to own the Libero brand agenda across the Nordics. You will bridge local commercial teams with brand and marketing, ensuring alignment between regional priorities and brand direction.

You will lead marketing activation across Nordic markets, collaborating with Sales and Customer Marketing to drive growth, profitability, and market share, while guiding innovations and assortment priorities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Experience in marketing, activation, customer marketing, and/or sales with strong commercial mindset.
• FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Nielsen is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of brand P&L, insights, launches, pricing and assortment.

Responsibilities

• Brand leadership across regional markets and pricing in line with strategy.
• Develop annual activation and business plans with local markets.
• Translate brand and product strategies into strong in-market activation plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Marketing to hit targets.
• Lead brand and innovation launches from planning to activation.
• Manage assortment, phase-in/phase-out, and pricing opportunities.
• Capture insights and inform plans with market data.
