Job summary

Essity is seeking a Commercial Development Director for the Nordics & Baltics to lead the commercial development agenda across seven markets. The role involves translating strategy into execution, engaging local markets, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Global functions to drive sales effectiveness and capability development.

You will lead a team, manage tender excellence, and ensure data-driven decision making while collaborating with diverse markets across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership in Commercial Excellence, Sales Leadership or Sales Operations.
• Experience with tender environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Translate global and cluster priorities into clear roadmaps and actions across Nordics & Baltics.
• Build strong partnerships with local markets, cluster leadership and global functions.
• Coach Sales teams to improve execution and customer focus.
• Drive KPI governance, sales efficiency and performance monitoring.
