If Insurance is building a new Nordic unit focused on Midmarket & Agriculture, this Sales Business Developer role drives strategic commercial initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration. You will shape direction, support decision‑making with analyses, and help scale playbooks and governance for improved customer retention, growth, and performance.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
• Strong analytical abilities with Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, or commercial excellence.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly to diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Drive strategic and commercial development initiatives across Midmarket & Agriculture.
• Develop and scale commercial playbooks, concepts, frameworks, and tools across the Nordics.
• Conduct analyses to support fact-based decision-making.
• Provide performance insights and contribute to KPI development.
• Facilitate management discussions, workshops, and governance forums.
• Identify growth opportunities and support implementation across markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product & Underwriting, Risk Engineering, Digital, CRM, and other stakeholders.
