Job summary

Fourblue seeks a Mechanical Package Manager to own a key mechanical package on a major data centre project in Finland. Based in the Espoo area, you will lead mechanical subcontractors and site teams, coordinating interfaces with electrical and other engineering groups while driving safety, quality and on-time delivery.

• Experience managing mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects.

Work on a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland, with the opportunity to take ownership of a key mechanical package on a technically complex, high-profile development.

Based in the Espoo area, this is a strong opportunity for a Mechanical Package Manager looking to build serious experience within the European data centre market.

The Role

• Own the mechanical package from design coordination through installation, testing and commissioning.
• Lead mechanical subcontractors and site teams across delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience managing mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience within data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.
• Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Experience managing subcontractors and complex project interfaces.
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness.
