Job summary

Fourblue seeks a Mechanical Package Manager to own a key mechanical package on a major data centre project in Finland. Based in the Espoo area, you will lead mechanical subcontractors and site teams, coordinating interfaces with electrical and other engineering groups while driving safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in data centres or mission-critical environments desirable.
• Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of installation, testing and commissioning.
• Experience managing subcontractors and complex project interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the mechanical package from design coordination through installation, testing and commissioning.
• Lead mechanical subcontractors and site teams across delivery.
• Manage programme, progress, materials, resources and package costs.
• Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, electrical, engineering and construction teams.
• Drive safety, quality and delivery standards across the package.
• Manage variations, valuations, commercial changes and programme impacts.
• Lead snagging, handover, QA documentation and commissioning activities.
• Report progress, risks and key issues to project leadership.
