Combined Selection Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead delivery of MEP works on major data centre and critical infrastructure projects in Finland.

You will own the MEP delivery strategy, coordinate stakeholders and contractors, and ensure safety, programme, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong English communication, a background in complex construction, and experience managing MEP packages on large-scale projects,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of MEP works from design development through to commissioning and handover.
  • Manage MEP contractors, specialist subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
  • Coordinate mechanical and electrical interfaces across the project.
  • Monitor programme, progress, quality and commercial performance.
  • Review technical designs, specifications, drawings and installation methodologies.
  • Ensure works comply with project requirements, Finnish regulations and relevant industry standards.
  • Lead coordination meetings and drive resolution of technical and construction issues.
  • Manage project risks, changes, variations and technical queries.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning and final handover activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Job description

MEP Project Manager - Finland CSG Talent are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a leading organisation delivering major data centre and critical infrastructure projects across Finland. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong project professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of MEP packages on complex, high-value projects.

The Role As MEP Project Manager, you will take ownership of the MEP delivery strategy, coordinating multiple stakeholders and specialist contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the wider project management, engineering, commercial and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of MEP works from design development through to commissioning and handover.

About You

You will be an experienced MEP professional with a strong background in complex construction projects, ideally within data centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial developments or similarly technically demanding environments.

  • Proven experience managing MEP packages on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
  • Experience managing MEP contractors and specialist subcontractors.
  • Strong project planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and programmes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commercially aware and delivery-focused approach.
  • Experience working within international project teams.
  • Fluency in English.
