Job summary

Measurlabs in Helsinki is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the intake, labeling and packing of samples, and to coordinate shipping to partner labs worldwide. You will ensure smooth movement of materials, handle subsampling and customs where needed, and work closely with our Experts team and shipping partners.

The role requires presence at our Vallila office, with 8:00–16:00 or 08:30–16:30 hours on alternating weeks, offering a permanent position with a monthly salary and stock

Responsibilities

• Receive and send various kinds of material and chemical samples.
• Register samples in the system and prepare them (subsampling, labeling, repacking).
• Ship samples to partner laboratories around the world and resolve shipping issues, including customs clearance.
