Academic Work Finland Oy is looking for a professional to enhance competence development initiatives in their CSE department. You will support the Process Owner in creating a sustainable training platform and bridging technical experts with frontline engineers.

This role offers a structured onboarding experience and opportunities to work with cutting-edge AI tools in a dynamic global team. The position encompasses managing training cycles, maintaining the Learning Portal, and developing e-learning content.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience within L&D operations or HR operations.
• Proactive and self-taught mindset for navigating structured data systems.
• Full professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Schedule training cycles and manage global program calendar.
• Maintain the Learning Portal on SharePoint.
• Manage participant registration in Workday.
• Develop structured, production-ready e-learning content.
• Prepare status updates and track initiative success.
• Support pilot training sessions and document feedback.
