Job summary

Metso Corporation is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Enablement team in Espoo or Tampere, Finland, with hybrid work options. You will drive the enterprise AI program, delivering production-grade solutions and reusable patterns, collaborating with business and IT, and shaping the operating model to scale across the organization.

The role requires strong software engineering, cloud, and AI capabilities, plus experience with LLMs, RAG, and MLOps in large enterprises.

• Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions in large enterprises.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and delivery of high-impact AI solutions from discovery to production.
• Translate AI priorities into scalable architectures and reusable accelerators.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures including data, APIs, security and compliance.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across business, IT and data stakeholders.
