Job summary

Metso seeks a Program Coordinator (temporary) to join the AI Transformation Office for a 12-month period in Espoo, Finland. You will support day-to-day execution of an AI-driven transformation, coordinating activities, governance and communications, and ensuring collaboration across stakeholders.

The role reports to the Head of AI Enablement, requires a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, governance forums, and leadership reviews across transformation initiatives.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and milestones with follow-through.
• Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and leadership materials.
• Support communication and stakeholder engagement across the program.
• Maintain program documentation, trackers, repositories, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, HR, IT, finance, and external partners.
• Assist with planning, logistics and coordination of transformation activities and events.
• Support the AI Transformation Office in driving operational excellence.
