Job summary

Danone Finland Oy in Helsinki is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive growth with our Healthy Nutrition portfolio. You will manage and expand strategic client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth across our local market.

You will report to the Head Of Sales Finland, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and provide regular performance updates while negotiating contracts and monitoring market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Key Account Manager or similar, preferably FMCG
• Solid understanding of the Finnish market
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Finnish

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in Helsinki! As our new Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will be a part of the local sales team within our Healthy Nutrition function in Finland, but also play an important role for our regional strategy. You will report to our Head Of Sales Finland who also is located in Helsinki.

Your main task will be (but are not limited to)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients

About you

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the market. To succeed in this position we also believe that you have

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably within FMCG
• A solid understanding for the Finnish market
• A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Finnish on a business level
• You have a strong eye for details and numbers, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
