Job summary

RINA in Helsinki is seeking a Digital Marketing and Communication Intern to support the creation, publication and monitoring of digital marketing activities. You will help develop content for social media, newsletters, blogs and internal communications, while ensuring brand consistency.

You'll work with the Marketing & Communications Manager and external partners to enhance visibility, engagement and lead generation, gaining hands-on experience in maritime engineering communications.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Interest in digital marketing, content creation and communication.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of website content management, email marketing, SEO or digital analytics.
• Basic graphic-design or visual-content skills.
• Interest in the maritime, engineering or business-to-business sector is beneficial, but previous marine-industry experience is not required.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Copilot 365 is an advantage.

Mission

The Digital Marketing and Communication Intern focuses on supporting the creation, publication and monitoring of digital marketing and communication activities. The successful candidate will assist in developing content for different communication channels, maintaining the company’s digital presence and supporting campaigns that increase visibility, audience engagement and lead generation. The intern will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, internal technical experts, the corporate communication team, and external partners.
