BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to work on-site in Tampere, Finland. The role covers Windows and Mac OS support, ticketing, and basic networking alongside desktop hardware and printer troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Finnish and English with several years of IT user support experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
