Job summary
Atlas Copco Finland is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist service technicians and customers with advanced technical guidance. You will train staff, share product knowledge, and work with global teams to resolve complex issues.
In this role you may travel for on-site support and help promote automation and remote monitoring solutions. Finnish and English fluency are required, with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- Technical education in electrical/automation or a related field.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, or field service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and systematic diagnostic abilities.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, drives, motors or automation.
- Fluent Finnish and English; able to collaborate with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel within Finland when required.
Responsibilities
- Support service technicians and customers with technical guidance and resolution.
- Deliver technical training and share product knowledge internally.
- Collaborate with local and global teams incl. sales, service, and factory support.
- Participate in customer visits and provide on-site support as needed.
- Support adoption of new technologies including automation and remote monitoring.
