Job summary

Outokumpu Chrome Oy is seeking an IT Process Manager to strengthen Service Management across Outokumpu IT. You will own CMDB and CSDM, improve data quality, and advance harmonized ITSM processes in a multivendor environment.

The role requires 3–4 years of ServiceNow CMDB experience, ITIL 4 Foundation, and strong leadership. A 50/50 hybrid work model and international collaboration are offered, with travel within Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on CMDB work.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent IT Service Management experience.
• Strong analytical, process-design and leadership skills.
• Fluent English and excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.

• Act as a CMDB and CSDM subject-matter expert for IT and business stakeholders.
• Lead selected service management processes, including documentation, implementation, training and continuous improvement.
• Promote harmonized ITSM processes and improvements through AI, automation, integrations and better data sources.

Job description

We are looking for an IT Process Manager

Main responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop CMDB and CSDM governance, standards and operating models.
• Ensure CMDB data quality, ownership, accountability and lifecycle management.

Position requirements

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 3–4 years of ServiceNow experience, including extensive hands‑on CMDB work and practical CSDM implementation experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent IT Service Management experience; knowledge of Scrum or DevOps is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, process‑design and leadership skills, with the ability to operate in a matrix organization.
• Fluent English and excellent communication, facilitation and relationship‑building skills.
