Job summary

Outokumpu Chrome Oy is seeking a Senior IAM Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management solutions team. You will drive the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable IAM solutions across the organisation.

You will collaborate with IT, OT, and business stakeholders, ensure compliance with security standards and zero trust principles, and stay current with IAM best practices. Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Several years of IAM/IGA experience with hands-on config and development.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory; PAM is a plus.
• Good understanding of cyber security, zero trust, integrations in SAP environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English; other languages are a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IAM architecture, tools, technology choices, and roadmaps with Service Managers and other architects.
• Act as SME for IAM solutions, guiding IT, OT and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable IAM solutions.
• Provide hands-on L2/L3 operational support for IAM when needed.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet cyber security, compliance, and zero trust standards.
• Stay current with IAM best practices and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external technology providers for service delivery.
• Understand joiner-leavers-movers processes.
• On-call if needed.

Purpose of the role

As an IAM Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping Outokumpu’s Identity and Access Management landscape. You will ensure that IAM solutions support business needs, follow security and compliance requirements, and align with modern cyber security and zero trust principles.

Key accountabilities

• Develop and maintain IAM architecture, tools, technology selections, and roadmaps in cooperation with Service Managers and other architects.
• Act as a subject matter expert for IAM solutions, providing guidance and support to IT, OT, and other business stakeholders.
• Participate in IT architectural governance and translate business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on L2/L3 operational support for IAM solutions when needed.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet established cyber security, compliance, and zero trust standards.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging IAM technologies, incorporating them into the IAM landscape.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external technology providers to provide technical direction and ensure effective service delivery.

• Option for on-call if needed

Job requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent experience from a similar role.
• Several years of experience in IAM/IGA, with strong hands-on configuration and development experience in IAM services.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory; PAM experience is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of cyber security, zero trust principles, integrations, and enterprise environments such as SAP.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with fluent written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a benefit.
