Job summary

Sofigate is seeking an Interim IT Leader / Senior Business Technology Leader to guide clients through IT leadership transitions and transformational initiatives. The role involves strategy, governance, operating models, and AI adoption, with responsibility for turning strategy into actionable roadmaps and outcomes in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Proven senior IT leadership experience at CIO/CISO level.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Fluent Finnish and English communication with executives.
• Experience in leading complex transformations and cross-functional teams.
• T-shaped IT leader with deep expertise in at least one domain.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic IT and Business Technology leadership, including strategy, governance, operating models, demand management and AI adoption.
• Lead complex transformations from strategy through execution.
• Take interim CIO, CISO or other senior IT leadership roles when needed.
• Build relationships with executives and grow customer opportunities.
