Job summary

Sofigate is seeking an Interim IT Leader to guide senior technology initiatives across strategy, governance, and operating models. You will translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and drive transformations with executives and cross-functional teams.

We value leaders who can operate at C-level, combine broad IT stewardship with deep expertise in domains such as cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture, and who communicate fluently in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

Proven experience in senior IT or transformation leadership roles, including C-level responsibility.
Broad IT leadership understanding with deep expertise in at least one domain.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate priorities into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Strategic IT and Business Technology leadership, including strategy, governance, operating models, demand management and AI adoption
Leading complex transformations from strategy through execution
Taking responsibility in interim CIO, CISO or other senior IT leadership roles when needed
Sparring with executives and building strong customer relationships and growth opportunities
