Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialue in Turengi is seeking a permanent instructor for Honkakoti, a 24-hour disability services residential unit. The role combines care, nursing, and instructional tasks, supporting residents' independence and self-determination.

Applicants must hold a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) and be registered in Julkiterhikki. The job requires 3-shift work, ability to work independently and in teams, and a proactive, empathetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Required vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse).
• Registration in the central register of social and health care professionals (Julkiterhikki).
• Willing to work regular 3-shift schedule.
• Experience in disability work and communication-support methods is a plus.
