Job summary

Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue seeks a dedicated practical nurse for Kultakodit in Lohja to support elderly residents with holistic care. You will participate in medication administration, supervision and daily activities within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to residents' well-being year-round.

The role requires a protected professional title, strong Finnish skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.

Qualifications

• Requires protected professional title and good Finnish language skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to promote residents' well-being, flexibility and ability to adapt to changing client situations.
• Vaccination against contagious diseases under Infectious Diseases Act and TB screening; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care and well-being for residents.
• Assist with supervision and daily activities.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commit to meaningful work year-round in Kultakodit Lohja.
