Job summary

Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue seeks a qualified Practical Nurse for permanent position in Keravan kotihoito, caring for elderly and disabled clients at home. You will assess conditions, support independence, and provide patient-centered care in mobile, home-based settings.

The role requires driving license and ability to drive; Finnish language skills are required. Two shifts, weekdays and weekend work, with onboarding and training provided; terms follow the SOTE collective agreement.

Job description

We are looking for a qualified and active Practical Nurse for a permanent position in Keravan kotihoito. Clients are elderly and disabled people living in their own homes. Home care work is mobile and independent. Daily tasks include assessing the client’s condition, supporting home-based independence, and practicing patient-centered care.

The job involves two shifts, including weekday and weekend shifts. Driving license and ability to drive are required. Love medication license and Rai expertise are an advantage. We also welcome those new to the field. We offer onboarding and training. Keravan kotihoito is located near good transport links. Salary: 2,801.91 EUR/month, plus possible seniority or experience-based increases. Terms follow the SOTE collective agreement.
