Job summary

Nordec is seeking a Project Planner to drive international project schedules. You will plan activities, manage dependencies, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and installation. The role requires Primavera P6 and MS Project expertise, strong English, and Finnish communication; Swedish is a plus. Flexible remote work is offered, with Seinäjoki/Vaasa as preferred locations.

Qualifications

Experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale international projects.
Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong English skills; Finnish communication is required, Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain and monitor overall project schedules.
Plan project activities and dependencies and coordinate schedules across engineering, procurement, production, logistics and installation.
Monitor progress, anticipate delays and scheduling risks, and report status to management and customers.
Be involved from tendering through execution and work closely with the Project Manager and project team.
