Job summary

Karelian Bites Avoin yhtiö is seeking an experienced and reliable cook to join our team. You will prepare and cook daily Indian cuisine buffet for 250–300 people and assemble a fresh salad bar each day.

The role involves cooking large catering orders, planning weekly meals with balanced nutrition, maintaining hygiene and quality, and working morning shifts. Occasional driving between two locations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience.
• Experience with Indian cuisine and large-volume cooking.
• Valid driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily Indian cuisine buffet for 250–300 people.
• Prepare a fresh salad bar daily.
• Prepare and cook large catering orders for events.
• Plan weekly meals with balanced nutrition.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Work efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment.
• Work primarily morning shifts, be active and punctual.
• Drive between two work locations when required.
