Responsibilities

• Prepare lunch meals and other daily kitchen tasks.
• Set up lunch and replenish the buffet table.
• Prepare salad bar products.
• Prepare meeting and party service products.
• Use the cash register when necessary.
• Provide customer service together with dining area staff.
