Job summary

Capalo AI Oy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to keep our hiring processes running smoothly from first conversation to final decision. This hands-on role involves guiding candidates through fast, fair interviews and coordinating with hiring managers across technical, trading and commercial roles.

Qualifications

• Experience running multiple concurrent recruitment processes end-to-end, in-house or agency.
• Pace and organisation in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence with hiring managers and keeping a process on track when it stalls.
• Strong written and spoken English in contact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Curiosity about technical and energy markets or the drive to get up to speed quickly.

Responsibilities

• Run several recruitment processes at once across technical, trading, commercial and leadership roles.
• Hold kick‑off meetings with hiring managers and turn their needs into clear profiles and interview plans.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and gather feedback so decisions happen quickly.
• Keep candidates informed at every stage and make sure everyone who talks to us leaves with a good impression.
• Keep our ATS organized and current so we can trust our pipeline data.
• Help build the basics as we grow: interview templates, scorecards and candidate communication.
