NestAI is seeking a capable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. You will run the recruitment funnel for core technical and non-technical roles, learning a fast-moving startup environment and owning your day-to-day pipeline with support from the wider team.

This individual contributor role requires handling candidate data under company procedures with no travel and no budget ownership; a security clearance is a standard part of defence industry positions in Finland.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-lifecycle recruitment, preferably in startup/scaleup environments.
• Track record hiring across technical and non-technical roles; curiosity for niche profiles is a bonus.
• Ability to adapt priorities as roles open and timelines shift while managing multiple hires.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top-tier technical talent across AI, software, and embedded engineering using modern sourcing methods to build pipelines.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role definition and kickoff discussions to screening, assessments, offers and onboarding.
• Take initiative in a fast-scaling environment, propose ideas, and collaborate with the team to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers and the TA team to understand requirements and deliver a smooth, respectful candidate experience.
