Job summary

VTT, an applied research organisation in Espoo, Finland, invites a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and scientific roles. You will partner with hiring managers, identify talent, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience while coordinating student collaboration activities and VTT’s Summer of Changemakers programme.

The role is based at VTT’s FutureHub in Otaniemi, Espoo, with a hybrid model allowing remote work up to two days per week.

Qualifications

• Around 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience recruiting technical, scientific or specialised professional roles
• Experience in active sourcing or direct search
• Strong skills in structured and competency-based interviewing
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and support them
• Proactive, organized and collaborative working style
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from planning to offer
• Coach and support hiring managers throughout the process
• Identify and engage relevant talent via active sourcing and networks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actions
• Conduct aptitude assessments and support compensation discussions
• Coordinate student collaboration activities and Summer of Changemakers
• Contribute to development of talent acquisition practices and employer brand
