Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR tasks.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to present data clearly and logically.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong numerical ability.
• Able to think through problems to logical conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Payroll preparation and local benefits administration.
• Coordinate monthly payrolls and bi-yearly bonuses in multiple countries.
• First point of contact for outsourced payroll provider.
• Manage employee time-off requests and benefits administration.
• Onboarding including issuing new starter contracts and Day One induction.
• Maintain local HR compliance and update policies.
• Office administration including purchasing and supplies.
• Occasional travel arrangements as needed.
