We are seeking an experienced HR Accounting Manager fluent in both Danish and French to oversee our dual-function operations in human resources administration and corporate accounting across our Nordic and Francophone Europe entities. Financial Accounting & Reporting: Prepare monthly GAAP/IFRS financial statements, manage general ledger reconciliations, execute accounts payable/receivable cycles, and lead month-end closing activities.
Cross-Border HR Administration: Oversee contract administration, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits structures, and regulatory labor filings across Danish and French jurisdictions.
Audit & Compliance Management: Act as primary contact for local tax authorities (e.g., French DGFiP, Danish Erhvervsstyrelsen) and external financial auditors; ensure complete legal and financial compliance.
Process & ERP Optimization: Maintain and optimize integrated HRIS and ERP platforms (such as SAP, Workday, or Navision) to streamline operational workflows and reduce month-end closing cycles.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and HR administration, preferably within a multi-national or European cross-border setting.
Danish: Professional working proficiency to Native level (written and spoken).
French: Professional working proficiency to Fluent level (written and spoken).
English: Professional working proficiency (corporate language).
Proficiency in ERP & HRIS systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Navision, ADP, Sage).
Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and labor law regulations in Denmark and France.
Advanced Excel skills (data modeling, financial analysis, pivot tables).
Certifications (Preferred): CPA, CMA, CHRM, SPHR, or equivalent professional HR/Accounting certifications.
