KONE is seeking a proactive Nordic HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join the People & Communications team in Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden. You will ensure high-quality payroll governance and HR operations across Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway, interfacing with the outsourced payroll provider and maintaining data integrity and compliance.

The role reports to the Nordic People and Communications Manager and offers ownership of payroll delivery, analytics, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Several years of experience within Payroll, HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers across Nordic countries.
• Strong understanding of Nordic payroll processes and employment legislation.
• Fluency in English, Swedish and Finnish.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end outsourced payroll delivery across the Nordics.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes, approvals and sign-offs.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, collective agreements and company policies.
• Produce payroll analytics and reporting.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding.

Acting as the key interface towards the outsourced payroll provider, the role ensures accurate payroll execution, data integrity, compliance and efficient people administration throughout the employee lifecycle.This role reports to the Nordic People and Communication Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Governance & Vendor Management:Own the end-to-end outsourced payroll delivery across the Nordics.Manage relationships with external payroll providers and ensure service quality and SLA compliance.Coordinate monthly payroll processes, approvals and sign-offs.Ensure compliance with local legislation, collective agreements and company policies.Produce payroll analytics and reporting.HR Operations:Manage employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding.Support managers and employees with HR-related queries.Ensure high quality employee data and documentation.What you’ll bringSeveral years of experience within Payroll, HR Operations or Shared Services.Proven experience managing and partnering outsourced payroll providers across Nordic countries.Strong understanding of Nordic payroll processes and employment legislation.Fluency in English, Swedish and Finnish.Why join us?This is a broad Nordic role offering significant ownership and the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the organization.
