Job summary

Matterhorn Early Access (PROD-FRAN) is seeking an experienced HR Accounting Manager fluent in Danish and French to oversee HR administration and corporate accounting across Nordic and Francophone Europe. You will manage multi-entity payroll, ensure IFRS/GAAP reporting, and coordinate with authorities while optimizing SAP/Workday/Navision-based processes.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting and HR administration within multinational settings, with strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and proficiency

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and HR administration.
Experience in a multinational or European cross-border setting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HRM, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end multi-entity payroll operations, tax withholdings, and pension contributions for European branches.
Prepare monthly GAAP/IFRS financial statements, manage general ledger reconciliations, and lead month-end closing activities.
Oversee contract administration, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits structures, across Danish and French jurisdictions.
Act as primary contact for local tax authorities and external auditors; ensure complete legal and financial compliance.
Maintain and optimize HRIS and ERP platforms (SAP, Workday, Navision, ADP, Sage) to streamline workflows.
