Job summary

RELEX Solutions is hiring a Workplace Manager for our Otaniemi HQ. You will own day-to-day facilities operations, sublease management, and the employee office experience, reporting to the Director of Workplace Services.

This on-site role requires some remote work (1–2 days weekly) as we open our new Espoo headquarters early 2027. You will build the ways of working for the new space, collaborate with BIT, HR, internal events, and sustainability, and lead the office team to deliver a productive,

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities or workplace operations for a large office (500+ employees).
• Strong FM vendor management and budget ownership skills.
• Confident stakeholder management across Real Estate, IT, HR, Internal Events and leadership.
• Comfort using space and desk-booking and occupancy-analytics tools to interpret utilization data.
• Fluent English and good working proficiency in Finnish.
• Experience with workplace data, reporting and dashboards with attention to data quality and security.

Responsibilities

• Run the Otaniemi HQ operations after opening; ensure daily facilities execution.
• Own processes, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead the office team and act as main contact for facility partner.
• Manage facilities budget, vendor relationships and sublease.
• Develop data dashboards and governance for workplace systems and ESG targets.
• Oversee security, health and safety, moves and changes, and occupancy analytics.
