Job summary

NoA Connect, the Helsinki-based performance marketing and media agency, is seeking a Head of Sales to drive growth in Finland. You will sell and consult from first meeting, shaping proposals with the senior team and leading AI-enabled outreach.

The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on dealmaking, leveraging the NoA family of services. You will meet marketing directors and CFOs, build a robust pipeline, and shape NoA Connect's market presence.

Qualifications

• proven track record of winning new clients and managing end-to-end sales cycles
• deep understanding of digital advertising, media, and performance metrics
• ability to engage with marketing directors and CFOs on growth and profitability
• comfortable working with AI-driven sales tools to optimize outreach and proposals

Responsibilities

• Win new clients and build a scalable pipeline for the next year; guide AI sales agent and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Grow existing client relationships by introducing NoA Connect’s new services.
• Raise brand awareness at industry events and webinars.
• Cross-sell across the NoA family (NoA Ignite, Bob the Robot, etc.).
