Job summary

Anaplan in Helsinki seeks a highly experienced technical strategist in presales to architect AI-infused enterprise planning solutions. You will partner with account teams, lead discovery, and craft tailored demos that address strategic customer needs.

You will coordinate across product, data, and domain experts to position multi-product solutions, run proof-of-concept workshops, and help shape the platform roadmap with customer insights.

Qualifications

• Experience with FP&A, FCR, or Workforce planning in presales or business transformation roles (SaaS/enterprise software preferred).
• Proven ability to lead technical validation steps, discovery, demos, and solution roadmaps.
• Strong storytelling to translate complex tech to business value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives on technical strategy and sales process for accounts in your territory.
• Be the technical solution expert across platform capabilities, including AI, data modelling and planning applications.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover critical business needs beyond features.
• Design and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demos addressing customer pain points and future vision.
• Execute proof-of-concept workshops to prove Anaplan’s value in the customer’s context.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to product teams to shape the platform roadmap.
