Job summary

Jobgether in Finland is seeking a Head of Product to lead product management end-to-end, from strategy to execution. As the first product leader, you will establish PM practices, build a team, and drive product priorities in collaboration with founders and CTO.

You will own the roadmap for integrations and core platform capabilities, working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-impact, customer-centric products in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability launching products with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of integrations, workflows, and enterprise platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills; Portuguese fluency preferred.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Product based in Finland.

This is asenior product leadershipopportunity for anexperienced B2B SaaSproduct leader joininga fast-growing, AI-native technologybusiness. You willown the productfunction end-to-end, from strategyand roadmap definitionthrough execution andmeasurable business outcomes. As the firstproduct leadership hire, you will establishproduct management practices, lead and developa growing PMteam, and shapehow products arebuilt and launched. You will workclosely with Engineering, Design, Sales, CustomerSuccess, the CTO, and founders toturn customer needsand market signalsinto product priorities. The role combinesstrategic leadership withhands-on execution, requiringsomeone who canset direction whileremaining close todelivery. The positionis remote andrequires availability alignedwith US EasternTime working hours.

Accountabilities

• Own the product roadmap acrossintegrations, lifecycle, and core platformcapabilities, balancingimmediate delivery withlong-term productvision and businesspriorities.

• Define and execute product strategy in partnership with the CTO and founders, aligning roadmapdecisions with revenue, retention, adoption, andexpansion objectives.

• Lead, mentor, anddevelop the productmanagement team whileestablishing strong productpractices, execution standards, accountability, and aculture of ownership.

• Partnerclosely with Engineeringto define requirements, manage scope andtrade-offs, andensure high-quality, timely product releases.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure products are well positioned, launched effectively, and adopted bycustomers.

• Lead customer discovery, interviews, competitiveanalysis, and marketresearch, translating customerevidence and marketsignals into actionableroadmap decisions.

• Defineand monitor productKPIs, including adoption, retention, time tovalue, feature impact, pipeline contribution,and revenue outcomes.

• Establish consistent sprint planning, release management, and product executionprocesses.

• Remain hands-on where needed to unblock teams, make rapid product decisions, clarify requirements, and maintain momentum fromdiscovery through delivery.

• Use product analyticsand data toevaluate performance, identifyopportunities, and continuouslyimprove product prioritiesand outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years ofproduct management experience, preferably within B2BSaaS, including atleast 4 yearsleading and developinga PM team.

• Demonstratedexperience launching productsthat have deliveredmeasurable business results, including improvementsin pipeline, retention, expansion, or revenue.

• Strong experience withintegrations, workflows, enterprise platforms,or similarly complexB2B products ishighly valued.

• Proven ability tocombine strategic productthinking with hands-on operational executionand effective prioritization.

• Strong customer-centricapproach, with experienceusing customer research, interviews, competitiveintelligence, and marketevidence to guideproduct strategy.

• Technical fluency, including the ability to collaborate effectivelywith engineers, understandAPIs and webhooks, review technical documentation, and translate businessneeds into clearproduct requirements.

• Strong understanding of product analytics, including defining tracking events, interpreting usage data, and measuring adoptionand product impact.

• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or comparableproduct and projectmanagement tools.

• Excellent written andverbal English communicationskills.

• Portuguese fluency ishighly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, collaboration, and stakeholder managementskills.

• Ability to operateeffectively in a fast-moving environmentwhere priorities evolveand teams areexpected to takesignificant ownership.
