Job summary

Sodexo in Espoo is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support a global technology client. You will help create a welcoming, efficient office, coordinate daily operations and space planning, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

You will collaborate with local ambassadors and service teams, maintain records, and contribute to sustainability and continuous workplace improvements in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, workplace management, facility management, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years in workplace experience, facilities, office management, hospitality, events, or similar coordination role.
• Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, workplace programs, or customer experience activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace experience services and daily site operations across the client environment.
• Support workplace experience and employee engagement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
• Partner with local Building Ambassadors to ensure a welcoming, functional, and engaging workplace environment.
• Maintain workplace information, floorplans, seating data, and space-related records.
• Support sustainability initiatives and help drive environmentally responsible workplace practices.
• Plan and coordinate workplace campaigns, including security awareness, workplace etiquette, wellbeing, and seasonal activities.
• Coordinate furniture, decorations, workplace enhancements, and other initiatives that improve the office environment.
• Monitor workplace standards and readiness, conducting regular checks to ensure a high-quality employee and visitor experience.
• Support workplace projects, space planning initiatives, office moves, and layout changes.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous service improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace experience, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
