Job summary

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with KPI tracking and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage indirect services for Electrolux Finland.
• Develop and monitor relationships with external service partners.
• Ensure implementation of Electrolux consumer service standards across partners.
• Drive continuous improvement of service processes and KPI performance.
• Support training and workshops to build capabilities in the service network.
• Involve in contract management and negotiations with partners.
