Job summary

Sodexo Oy is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Coordinator in Espoo to create a welcoming, functional workplace and enable employees to do their best work. You will coordinate initiatives, support space planning, and drive employee engagement in a dynamic international setting.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and the service team to continually develop the workplace, support sustainability efforts, and manage campaigns, furniture, and office projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, workplace management, facility management, business admin or related field.
• 2–3 years in workplace experience, facilities, office management, hospitality, events or similar coordination role.
• Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives or workplace programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace experience services and daily site operations across the client environment.
• Support workplace experience and employee engagement initiatives to enhance the overall experience.
• Partner with local Building Ambassadors to ensure a welcoming, functional workplace.
• Maintain workplace information, floorplans, seating data, and space-related records.
• Support sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible practices.
• Plan and coordinate workplace campaigns including security awareness, etiquette, wellbeing, and seasonal activities.
• Coordinate furniture, decorations and improvements to enhance the office environment.
• Monitor workplace standards and readiness to ensure high-quality experience for employees and visitors.
• Support workplace projects, space planning, moves, and layout changes.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, service providers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace experience, engagement and efficiency.
