ReOrbit is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design and administer compensation, equity, and benefits programs across Finland, Germany, and India, supporting fair and market-competitive pay as we grow.

You will own the annual compensation review, partner with Talent Acquisition on offers, manage the equity lifecycle, and design country-specific benefits. This role sits at the core of our People Centre of Excellence in Helsinki and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation and benefits or total rewards.
• Experience designing job architecture and compensation bands, ideally across multiple countries.
• Hands-on equity administration: grants, vesting, refresh cycles.
• Familiarity with market benchmarking tools and methodologies (tech/aerospace).
• Working knowledge of pay equity and transparency regulations in the EU.
• Experience in scaling tech/engineering or deep tech organizations.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain career levels and compensation bands across Finland, Germany, and India.
• Maintain market data and refresh compensation bands at least annually.
• Own the annual compensation review process end-to-end, incl. budget allocation and calibration.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to benchmark offers against approved bands.
• Manage full equity lifecycle: grants, vesting, refresh cycles, communication to employees.
