Job summary

Ahlstrom is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Global Analyst to join our People & Culture organization in Helsinki. This temporary 12–18 month role offers hybrid work with on-site presence at our Espoo office and remote flexibility.

You will manage global compensation and performance processes, drive system improvements in SuccessFactors, and enable stakeholders across our 6,800+ employee base in 45 locations. Join a global, values-driven team focused on rewards and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with job evaluation systems and salary banding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• International mobility administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of global compensation and incentive processes, including salary review and pay-range management.
• Lead the global Performance Management process with reviews, goal setting and development planning.
• Drive development and improvement of Rewards/Performance systems in SuccessFactors.
• Provide stakeholder enablement through communications, training, and self-service materials.
• Coordinate delivery with external system/consulting partners and align requirements.
• Coordinate global compensation analysis, benchmarking and related reporting.
• Support global job evaluation and grading, including stakeholder guidance and data management.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on rewards policies and system functionality.
