Job summary

atNorth is seeking a Reward Specialist to develop, maintain and deliver our Compensation & Benefits framework, Job Architecture and People Analytics. You will combine hands-on reward expertise with strong analytical skills to ensure accurate, competitive, and data-driven salary practices across the Nordics.

You will collaborate with the Rewards Manager, People Partners, and Finance in a growing international environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related area.
• Hands-on experience with compensation analysis and salary benchmarking.
• Advanced Excel and analytics/dashboard experience.
• Experience with Job Architecture and job evaluation is an advantage.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Structured, detail-oriented and collaborative with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the annual salary review process with analysis and benchmarking.
• Maintain and develop salary ranges, pay bands and compensation structures across markets.
• Support pay transparency and pay equity through data-driven insights.
• Manage compensation data and external salary survey submissions; analyze positioning and rewards spend.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for salary decisions related to recruitment, promotions and off-cycle reviews.
• Maintain atNorth’s Job Architecture, including job families, career levels and evaluation.
• Develop People KPIs, dashboards and reporting translating workforce data into actionable insights.
