ReOrbit is looking for an exceptional Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team and build and lead our talent acquisition function while remaining deeply involved in hiring. This is a strategic and hands-on role, where you will develop a high-performing TA team and roll up your sleeves to recruit.

As Head of TA, you will work with the executive team to understand growth priorities, anticipate needs, and drive a world-class hiring function across Finland and beyond, shaping processes, tooling,

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record leading a Talent Acquisition function.
• Experience building or shaping TA in scale-up environments.
• Hands-on recruiting while coaching a team and setting strategy.
• Experience hiring across multiple countries or international teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge hiring requirements.

Aufgaben

• Own TA strategy, workforce planning, and operating model; balance direct sourcing, internal recruiting, and external search.
• Set and maintain a high hiring bar; build assessment practices to identify capability.
• Source and engage passive candidates; build relationships before roles open.
• Lead urgent or high-stakes searches when needed; collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads.
• Translate business priorities into hiring plans and provide visibility with metrics and reporting.
• Strengthen ReOrbit's employer brand in a small, specialised market and drive international hiring.
