Job summary
atNorth is seeking a Reward Specialist to develop and maintain its Compensation & Benefits framework, Job Architecture and People Analytics. You will combine hands-on reward expertise with strong data skills to keep salary structures accurate, competitive, and data-driven across our Nordic markets.
Based in Espoo (or Denmark/Sweden) with international travel, you will report to the Manager of People Technology, Analytics & Process Excellence and collaborate with HR partners, Finance and Talent
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward or People Analytics.
- Hands-on salary analysis, benchmarking, and structure design.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting or dashboards.
- Knowledge of Job Architecture, evaluation or leveling is a plus.
- Fluent English; Nordic language skills are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual salary review processes with benchmarking.
- Develop salary ranges, pay bands, and compensation structures.
- Ensure pay transparency and equity across markets.
- Manage compensation data and external salary surveys.
- Provide salary recommendations for recruitment and promotions.
- Maintain Job Architecture and role structures.
- Create People KPIs, dashboards, and insights.
