Normet Group is seeking a Director Quotations to lead and develop the Services quotation function on a global scale. You will drive process improvements, enhance customer responsiveness, and support profitable growth through strong leadership and strategic use of CPQ tools.

This role focuses on shaping quotation capabilities, improving hit rates, and delivering a superior customer experience across RFQ to PO processes, partnering with Sales, Portfolio, IT and operations.

Competenze

• Experience in a Global Services Business with commercial processes.
• Demonstrated experience in quotation, sales, services or related business processes.
• Strong understanding of complex service offerings and commercial proposals.
• Experience leading a team and creating a high-performance culture.

Mansioni

• Lead and continuously develop the Services quotation process to improve response time and quality.
• Act as the main contact for complex services quotations, high-volume or special projects.
• Own CPQ development and implementation within Normet IT tools.
• Ensure adequate quotation capacity to support the Services business.
• Support and develop the quotation team for consistent quality and prioritisation.
• Enable sales teams to maximise customer-facing time with effective quotation support.
