Job summary

Normet Americas, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director Quotations to lead and develop the global services quotation function. The role focuses on strengthening quotation capabilities, improving responsiveness, and supporting profitable growth of the Services business.

The Director Quotations will shape how we manage complex quotations, drive CPQ development, and ensure effective collaboration across sales, IT, and portfolio teams to deliver rapid, high-quality quotes.

Qualifications

• Experience in quotation, sales, or commercial processes.
• Experience with complex service offerings and proposals.
• Experience leading a team and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Services quotation process to improve response time and quality.
• Act as the key contact for complex quotations including high-value cases and third-party services.
• Own the development and implementation of CPQ and related tools.
• Ensure sufficient quotation capacity to support the Services business.
• Lead, develop, and support the quotation team with prioritization of activities.
• Enable sales teams to maximize customer-facing time with quotation support and outsourcing as needed.
• Reduce workload for portfolio teams to allow focus on portfolio growth.
• Drive standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the quotation function.
