Job summary

Beamex is seeking a Service Coordinator in Pietarsaari for a fixed-term maternity leave replacement lasting approx until end of 2027. You’ll coordinate service-related orders, quotations, contracts and deliveries while collaborating with customers and colleagues worldwide.

You’ll join a five-person team; responsibilities include coordinating orders, preparing quotations, communication with customers, and managing invoicing and service contracts.

Qualifications

• A degree in business administration, commerce, or another relevant field
• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience in order handling, logistics, coordination, or administrative work
• To succeed in this role, you will need: an independent and proactive way of working; the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage your own workload; a detail-oriented mindset; a service-minded attitude and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinating service-related orders and contracts for selected countries and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the process
• Coordinating incoming service orders and requests from customers in designated countries
• Preparing service and repair quotations based on information from our service technicians
• Communicating with customers and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience
• Coordinating return shipments for serviced equipment
• Managing invoicing and keeping information up to date in our systems
• Creating and administering service plan contracts, including orders and annual invoicing
